"..Wira Budiman graduated with honours in Law from the University of Malaya. He was an Executive Broadcast Journalist for TV3, Malaysia's most widely watched television channel, responsible for editorial and production aspects of its English business programmes. He then joined a law firm to undergo his pupillage and was called to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. In 2005, he set up a management consultancy firm, WIRA BUDIMAN & ASSOCIATES to implement public relations and human capital development programmes. Wira Budiman has won national-level awards in literature and theatre including winner of the "Hadiah Sastera Siswa DBP" for 4 consecutive years (1994-1997). At the international level, Wira has represented Malaysia in the 2006 Asia-Pacific Youth Forum (Japan), 2000 Asian Students Convention (Korea) and the 8th World Schools Debating Championships (Australia) at the age of 16." |
